Inputs of HERA #15

Hi，thanks for publishing such a good tool. I have some questions about the inputs of HERA:

  1. Can I use trimmed reads from canu as HERA's input reads? And which is better, corrected reads or trimmed reads?
  2. Should I use several assemblers' contig.fasta as HERA's input contig? Can I just use canu's output?
  3. What's more, I saw "BSUB" in some perl scripts of HERA, should HERA be in LSF only? Look forward to your favourable reply!

What's more, I find that the result of 21-Daligner_New.pl do not be used, is it?
