给调用者更多的配置方式

目前Configuration的构造函数是private的, 通过static instance获取, 
所以必须把XML的配置文件放到classpath里. 
而我希望XML配置文件能够由代码来指定, 
比如新建Analyzer的时候传入一个Configuration, 
这样让调用者有机会从数据库或者别的途径获取配置. 
另外希望词库文件也一样. 
如果Configuration能够传入一个String[]或者一个Reader作为词库或��
�StopWords库那么更好. 
这样词库可以从数据库或者别的什么地方读取.

比如smartcn的analzyer构造函数可以指定stopwords这样很方便的. 
不过smartcn我测试下来感觉没有IK好! 呵呵, 加油!
