能否加到Maven的儲存庫上面 #9

因為我們的項目都是用Maven做jar檔管理，
能否把IKAnalyzer上到Maven的儲存庫，
這樣就比較方便管理，

同感，我们目前是把 jar 下载下来，发布到自己的 Maven 
私服上实现的。
另外，个人觉得做为一个开源软件，压缩格式最好是 
zip、gz、bz2 等，这样更方便。

支持maven，支持gz,俺用linux,rar压缩格式非常不方便。
