DescribedAs does not delegate describeMismatch #134

Both "Is" and "DescribedAs" have nested matchers. "Is" correctly delegates 
describeMismatch to its nested matcher. DescribedAs does not.

(Hmm, I see a comment "// TODO(ngd): unit tests....")
