Javadoc for FeatureMatcher gives wrong method name for subclasses to implement #70

The class description for FeatureMatcher says to implement the
valueOfPartIn() method, but the actual method name is featureValueOf().

(Yeah, this is pretty minor, but it's also easy to fix.)
