yet another buggy mjpeg server header #113

I tried to use your application but it could not decode the mjpeg stream from 
my camera because the content-type in the header is written as "Content-type:" 
and the MjpegThread.cpp only seeks "Content-Type:" or "content-type:"

The camera is a linksys WVC54GCA.

Thanks for the report - Should be fixed in svn r950. If you would, 'svn update' 
and recompile and check to see if that fixes your issue. If its resolved, let
