SoftBody Support #168

I saw in svn that BulletSoftBody was removed from
the build recently. Please don't remove all support for
soft bodies. I plan on using soft bodies in future games.

OGREKIT_COMPILE_SOFTBODY option is added on r899.
but You should turn on to build Bullet softbody.
