Fix for capsule shape

In my last patch I added suport for the capsule shape. Turns out the dimensions 
weren't right (it was right only for the test I did attach).

Attached is the patch that fixes it and a test file for several capsule sizes. 
The capsule in the middle has a different scale. The size correction is still 
not quite right but better than before. It's probably a bug in btCapsuleShape.
