svn eol-style not set #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modify a file and sve it
2. svn diff
3. the diff is bloated beacuse all line have different end of line now

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
svn diff should output only the change hunks

Should be consistent for the most part now.
