Fixed all examples for gold release, and be able to run inplace. #12

I am sorry for my last pull request. I have fixed all I could.

By adding the package names to all example's *.as, we could just

  1. Add folder 'example' as src;
  2. Specify the Document Class without copying files around.
  3. Run it.

I am not sure wether you like it, sorry for mixing two kinds of changes together.
