开发过程中遇到的问题，以及建议 #62

非常喜欢该框架，也是必用框架之一，但是在过程中有一点建议希望能够帮助作者更加完善该框架，在上拉加载完全部的时候需要显示“”没有更多了“”然后我重新写了footer布局以后会有一个这样问题，就是他必须要在执行完onFinishFreshAndLoad,再次上拉才会显示没有更多，这样也可以，但是希望该框架能够更好
