Unable to download firepath

Unable to download firepath, refer attached snapshot, also mozilla firefox 
website doesnt open refer attached snapshot.

Please provide link to install firepath.

System Details:
Operating System - OS X ver. 10.8.4
Firefox ver. 21.0
Firebug installed.
