1) I am Kiruba sankar from India and wanted to join with your great team. 
Please let me know the details. 6years experience in C# and working as  a 
architect in Capgemini India Pvt.Ltd.

Is can be Oauth implemented as a Service(like OpenID) to Server and Client Side 
Implementation? People can implemented and enjoy it!

One Service Provider (OAuth Provider) — > Consumer Server and Client!

Is a Good Idea?

Well, there's no real proper way to "join" the team. Crawl through the 
issue-tracker, find C# related issues, fix them, send patch.. After enough 
patches, ask maintainer of the library for commit-rights.. Then you're "part of 
the team" :)
