Be careful using theses codes #218

I tried to test my OAuth server I implemented (1.0a workflow) using 
http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/php/ it's totally deprecated (using a hack 
for rawurlencode while it has been fixed in 5.3 for RFC spec, etc... and 
workflow ain't respecting 1.0a at all)

Code page of oauth.net should be maintained! Thanks
