What is the minimum python needed ? #63

Nowhere is it mentioned what the minimum python version is pssh supports. I 
think this is important for users and packagers.

PSSH is supported on Python 2.4 and later. This information is in the trove 
categories in the setup.py file and in the Python Package Index, but I agree 
that it's not the most discoverable information. I'll go ahead and add a line 
to the install file and on the front page of the project site. Thanks for 
pointing out the problem.
