[ ] New Config Value: ShowServicesInsteadOfTeams, default false
[ ] New Config Value: ServicesList, to allow a predefined list of services
[ ] Swap Teams drop down and label for Services when ShowServicesInsteadOfTeams is true
[ ] Update the REST API request to go to the correct place to get the list of teams if the ServicesList config value is empty and ShowServicesInsteadOfTeams is set to true
