we need to pull this change into the liatriootelcollector. OTeL Semantic Convention 1.27 released and our metrics violate those conventions. If we want people to care about this fork we need to do this

• [ ] Update the engineering effectiveness dashboard in Grafana Cloud
• [ ] export the updated dashboard and put in https://github.com/liatrio/grafana-cloud-config-manifests/blob/main/manifests/tag-o11y/dashboards/engineering-effectiveness.yaml
• [ ] Update in quick start manifests https://github.com/liatrio/tag-o11y-quick-start-manifests/blob/main/apps/default/grafana/dashboards/gpr/engineering-effectiveness-metrics.json
• [ ] Let @adrielp know when all updated so he can publish to the marketplace
