read-only option

I think we need a new option to the main abcd command, something like --read-only which can be put into the authorsed_keys file so that ssh-based access can be given without enabling modification of the database. it should allow summary, query and download, but nothing that modifies the database.

abcd --read-only .... works by disabling all the features which would modify the database anyway
