Renaming the package #304

I would suggest renaming the package to something other than workflow. Only after searching for 'generate ase from smiles', I found the package again.

The setup.py name="wfl", and that's still available in pypi, so I've been assuming that's what we'll use. Together with expyre-wfl. I do agree it's a bit generic, though.
