Upgrade FullCalendar #3

The current release of Calendar+ uses FullCalendar 1.5.4, which was released on 5th September 2012. This means it is quite old.

Maybe it would make sense to use a more recent version (see Github repo https://github.com/arshaw/fullcalendar).

I have a new version of fullcalendar tested, but the issues about performance are to much at the moment so i would like to wait for a performant stable version of fullcalendar!
