"make install" for man pages stops. #108

make command in the docs file doesn't run successfully.

Environment: WSL2 (Ubuntu [uname -r gives 5.15.90.1-microsoft-standard-WSL2]) When I run "make install" in the "docs" sub-folder, it throws the following error: Makefile:41: *** "rst2man not found, but required to generate man pages". Stop.

Apologies.

The problem was resolved by installing 'python3-docutils'.
