“Fallthrough”: Replace comment by dedicated attribute #99

This is a self-reminder to “revert” torvalds/linux@4b7ef71ac977899cf7bdb09d66052926c7d249ff (not in the GitHub mirror yet) and replace the /* fallthrough */ comment in btf_dumper.c with the new fallthrough macro, after its definition is available in bpf-next tree.
