Cloud DNS Refactor #4

Large refactor of this plugin to better support Google Cloud DNS and properly implement the intention of libdns/libdns.

This should address the issues with TXT records identified by issue #3.

Some things fixed by this are:

Append properly to existing records
Delete records properly from existing Cloud DNS entries
Better testing around the interface functions
