I have the exact same issue for some weeks now…

it was working but after i reboot my router and update to latest version it didnt work due to IP changed then i remove my account in homeassisnt and add it back again i try both wifi and device wifi with the IP address i get from scanning my IP address still get the following issue.
Failed to connect. The IP Address may be required if your Home Assistant installation is running in a Container or a VM.
