Connection with a peertube account #1158

Now that Peertube is there, it would be great to be able to connect a LP account to a Peertube one (in the same way than connecting to a youtube account).

I've started the work on this. Unfortunately Peertube currently doesn't provide read-only access tokens, so we can't easily add support for Peertube.

@Changaco any help for this ? I'm new to liberapay, but I start to know well PeerTube code. Liberapay does not use oauth ? There is an OpenID plugin now, but I don't know if it would help : https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/official-plugins/-/tree/master/peertube-plugin-auth-openid-connect

Peertube moved to 3.0.0 yesterday. Maybe something changed on this authentication API front in the same time? I don't know, I'm not a programmer, only bumping this thread with this info.
