Multiple income goals

Donation seekers should be able to set multiple funding goal steps, like "x.xx would allow me to work on my projects one day per week", "y.yy is the equivalent of a basic income in my country and would allow me to …", etc.

This is an old feature request that goes all the way back to Gittip, IIRC. It's also something that Patreon has.

• [ ] create a goals table
• [ ] create a participant.rejects_donations column to replace the negative values of the current goal column
• [ ] the goal descriptions should be translatable
• [ ] implement editing the goals
• [ ] implement showing the goals on profile pages
