Notifications of new donors #581

Carl Chenet suggests that users asking for donations should be notified when they have new donors.

Would it be possible for us to get an email when we get a new pledge showing us the pledge amount and our new total?

Would be useful.

We can't simply send an email every time a new donation is set up, it could easily turn into a flood of messages that would annoy the recipient and cost us money. We should send one email per day at most, or put the information about new donors in the weekly income notification.

You would obviously put it on a setting, for those who want it.

Patreon do this and it's extremely useful.

Considering the size of liberapay, it's nothing to worry about in terms of flooding. My own app sends more than liberapay ever will and we have no issues.

What about notifying new donors in the PayDay message (you got $$$)? Donations are always processed at PayDay anyway. Like...

You got $$$.

You have $$$ in your account.

You have n new donors.
