Add fake pledge data #862

So running make data will create pledges as well as other fake data.

Honestly I don't use make data anymore. I set up accounts and donations and everything else myself through the UI, and since I rarely erase my local database I'm not really wasting time doing the same things over and over.

I have no objection to fake pledges being added though.
