Suspicious payments #18

MangoPay has sent us an email warning us about possibly fraudulent payments made by one specific user, and advising us to refund them.

I'll probably suspend the user before tomorrow's payday, but first I'm going to ask MangoPay a few questions.

I have suspended 4 users: the one MangoPay warned us about, plus the one they were donating to, and two others who were also donating to that user.

If all suspended users turn out to be fraudsters we'll be on the hook for €21.85. :cry:

MangoPay has also "blocked" on their side the other 3 users I have suspended.

The suspicious users haven't responded to the emails I sent them, that's one more indication that they are indeed fraudsters.

I'm going to refund the payments, but without the fees. It'll be interesting to see if we receive chargebacks because we didn't do full refunds.
