Yearly report for 2016

Article 6 of the Rules of Procedure states:

A report on the status of the association is written by the members at least once a year, and sent through the internet to the users of the service who have opted to receive it.

We don't yet have a setting that allows users to subscribe to the yearly report, but we should still write it.

Let's start with a report on the organization's finances. We have:

• 101.32€ in the wallet of the https://liberapay.com/LiberapayOrg/ account
• 16.15€ in our bank account (Crédit Mutuel)

Most of the money in our bank account comes from MangoPay, they're profits we should give back in one way or another, not use to cover expenses.

The org also owes me 32.95€ for the the two liberapay domain names renewed on 15-05-2016, and will owe me the same amount (or close) again in 5 months. The reason I haven't done the reimbursement yet is that I have no good way of doing it. The implementation in Liberapay of a feature to allow the posting and settlement of invoices similar to Open Collective would provide a transparent and simple solution.

The org currently receives 3 euros per week via the Liberapay team, and we can raise this amount if necessary (it isn't right now), to the detriment of contributor remuneration.

Conclusion: we have some money available, approximately 100 euros.

Commençons le rapport annuel par un point sur les comptes de l'association. Nous avons :

La plupart des fonds dans le compte bancaire proviennent de MangoPay, ce sont des profits que nous devrions rendre d'une façon ou d'une autre, pas utiliser pour payer des dépenses.

Par ailleurs l'association me doit 32,95 € pour le renouvellement des deux noms de domaines effectué le 15-05-2016, et me devra à nouveau la même somme (ou à peu près) dans 5 mois. La raison pour laquelle le remboursement de 2016 n'a pas été effectué est que je n'ai pas de bonne façon de le faire. L'implémentation dans Liberapay d'un système de dépôt et de règlement de factures similaire à Open Collective permettrait de gérer ça de manière transparente et simple.

How much is it ? And who we must refund ? ? If this is not clear, for example if it is related to the calculations with the rounded numbers, I propose that this kind of "income" to be set aside for the times when we need to pay a little more Mangopay, as we had at the time of repayment of certain amounts. In this regard, what sum was finally paid to mangopay, on our part, on the treatment ? Is it that it could be paid for by the funds of the association, or have you advanced the money (in this case, you must pay back) ?

In the allocation of budgets, the priority seems to be to return what you have advanced so far, and then predict the anticipated payments type renewal of domain names. Then, we will be able to see what remains and what we can really assign it to something else, for example the goodies ;)

Qu'est-ce qui est à rendre (les 16,50€ ? Plus, moins ?) et à qui ? Si ce n'est pas clair, par exemple si c'est lié aux calculs avec les chiffres arrondis, je propose que ce genre de "revenu" soit mis de côté pour les moments où il faut payer un peu plus Mangopay, comme nous avons eu au moment du remboursement de certaines sommes. À ce propos, quelle somme a été finalement versée à mangopay, de notre part, sur les traitements ? Est-ce que ça a pu être payé par les fonds de l'association, ou as-tu avancé l'argent (dans ce cas, il faut te rembourser) ?

Dans l'attribution des budgets, la priorité me semble être de te rembourser ce que tu as avancé jusque là, puis de prévoir les paiements prévisibles type renouvellement des noms de domaines. Ensuite, on pourra voir ce qui reste et ce qu'on peut vraiment affecter à autre chose, par exemple les goodies ;)
