MangoPay invoice for January: surplus of 2.98€. Looks like they're still not taking non-SEPA payouts into account.

We've just received our first chargeback. The amount is 15.54 euros. The money hasn't been withdrawn and thus can be returned, except for the fees (0.54 euros).

We have the possibility of contesting the chargeback, but it seems likely that the payment was indeed fraudulent (the account's email address is fake, etc).

The dispute is now closed, all the money has been recovered except the fee (0.54 euros).

The surpluses still appear to be due to foreign payouts not being taken into account by MangoPay (https://github.com/liberapay/liberapay.org/issues/10#issuecomment-258868301): we charged users 15.00€ + 2.58€ VAT for foreign payouts last month.

We have a chargeback linked to one of the accounts I suspended a month ago (https://github.com/liberapay/salon/issues/164#issuecomment-345844460). The amount is €23.71, which can be fully returned except for the fee (€0.71).

I'm going to accept the chargeback and refund every other payment linked to the suspended accounts.
