We've received 4.61 USD from MangoPay. This looks like a bug/mistake, I've emailed them.

Edit: it's the same user as the previous chargeback, I've suspended the account.

I've suspended both of the accounts involved in this fraud attempt.

1st chargeback

2nd chargeback

Reason: "Fraudulent Transaction - No cardholder auth." Amount: 40.53 USD Unrecoverable: 1.54 USD (fees) Payment date: 2018-05-23

I have suspended 3 accounts.
