Insufficient membership #55

The number of codirectors of the Liberapay nonprofit has dwindled back to only two (as a result of #49, #53 and #54). This is problematic because two is the legal minimum and because it can make some things more difficult (see #38).

Please post a comment if you would be willing to join the board.

@Changaco Are you still looking for members to join the board? Are there any specific requirements?

@louis77 This issue is still current, but I'm not sure it would be a good idea to add only one new member.

Any new member must:

read and agree to the bylaws and rules of procedure;
attest that they don't have any conflict of interest, per article 7 of the bylaws;
understand that I will have to share some of their personal information with the French administration (name, nationality, profession, postal address), to be provided via the Identity page;
understand that they may have to prove their identity to any bank that holds Liberapay's own funds, especially if the board doesn't have enough members to avoid this;
understand that being a co-director makes one co-responsible for the actions of the association under French law, including unlimited financial liability.

@Changaco No issues here. I care about Liberapay and don't want it to cease because of a lack of people who want to take legal responsibility. So whenever you think is the right moment, let me know.

To better understand what is expected of a board director:

How many hours per week do you think it requires to be an engaged member (being absent is not an option, considering the liability)?
Where are finances and anual reports mentioned in Article 6? I saw the Yearly reports, are these it? Are there any activity reports?

I'm back to world of 'job-seeker' a while ago (AKA, I no longer work for Government (#53)) and thus I'm free to join the org once again, if you still need more seats.
