Send 75 cents to MangoPay #9

We just received our first invoice from Mangopay, and it was a bad surprise: we owe them €0.75.

While the amount isn't a problem, sending the money to Mangopay is: we don't have money in our bank account yet, so I can't immediately wire it from there, even if the bank's website would let me do that (I'm not sure it would, I think we need to set up some kind of 2FA first).

So, I think I'll send the money from my personal bank account. Hopefully that's okay.

I tried to send the money, but my bank's website rejects amounts lower than 1.50 euros. :-/

I sent an email to Mangopay asking them if there was another way to settle the invoice or if I should contact the bank and insist.

They're willing to wait until next month, but we're not expecting to owe them more money next month, so what we're going to do is make sure we have a surplus of at least 75 cents at the end of the month, and they'll make an exception and settle last month's deficit with next month's surplus.

I've created a custom payout from my account (the LiberapayOrg account didn't have enough withdrawal money), with a 75 cents fee.
