Should we order badges / stickers / shirts / whatever with a Liberapay logo on them?

As stated in https://github.com/liberapay/liberapay.org/issues/20#issuecomment-270092031 we have a little money available.

I know @Zatalyz loves badges so I'm guessing she'll upvote that. :D

@MartinDelille @MarionRousseaux would you approve using the Liberapay organization's funds to buy this kind of thing?

Related issue: #99 (badges/stickers would be useful at conferences).

See "Yearly report" too, I am not sure if we are enough money... How we can really use for that ? But yes, I like badge so much :D

I use qustommize.fr for Khaganat, it's good quality and low price for small quantities. We can fund better price for big quantity but I think it's good to start with a test, if we make it.

If we create badge/stickers/other, we can group a command with other people to have to lower price. I expect a new command with Khaganat, for RMLL in particular. Maybe @MartinDelille and @MarionRousseaux uses this sort of goodies too in theirs projects ?

In event, people use a lot of sticker, I think it's the priority. Some badge for us and big fan ? ^^

To clarify, the budget is 100 euros maximum. That seems to be more than enough to order what we want from Qustommize.

Hmm, I do want some (badges or sticker, anything is fine) but the expense to send it to South Korea sucks :-(

The cost for a letter or small package from France to South Korea seems to vary from ~2.5 euros to ~18 euros depending on the weight, so sending you some stickers appears doable.

Of course it might be cheaper to order a separate batch from a Korean firm if you know of one.

So, what do we actually want to put on the badges and stickers?

I guess the icon we use on social networks would be fine on a badge? Here it is:

I summarized the discussion we had on IRC. We order 10 round badges and 100 rectangles stickers in paper. It cost 25,144€ (without shipping cost) and so, it seems correct for a first order.

As I'm going to go to the JDLL, I propose to order them myself, and group this order with khaganat's order, to share shipping cost. I can forward the money for this. I send mail to other codirector to have their agreement ; if you can say "ok" here, it's better for transparency.

And I send some badge and sticker at Revi, it's my gift :)

For the record: @Zatalyz ordered the badges and stickers, received them, and made an invoice so the Liberapay organization can pay her back (€28.04).

@dixonge Sorry for the delay. Obviously we'll need your postal address in order to send you stuff, you can email it to support@liberapay.com. Another issue is that mailing a single sticker is not optimal, so it's better if you're willing to receive a small stock and redistribute it in your region/country.

I now have 24 stickers and 2 badges, brought back from the RMLL conference, that I can mail on demand. As I said in my previous comment, please send requests to support@liberapay.com.
