German Translation #108

I tried to fill up the German Translation as much as possible. But some texts are clearly about legal issues and proper wording is very important. Maybe a lawyer is required. Also other native speakers are welcome to proof read my changes.

Don't worry too much about legal stuff, the only document that really matters is the French version of the Terms of Service.

@aggsol I notice that you've tagged quite a few translations as "fuzzy", what is the intended meaning of that?

@Changaco Some wording is difficult because in German some words are mor likely to be used in a bank or money context. I just decided on a word. I marked some with the review tag in hope another translator would work those over.

@Changaco The website now states that 100% of ther German translation is done. While that is technically true for the string count it is misleading. Many string where translated by a machine(?) and need heavy re-work. 100% suggest it's done while we actually need help. Please lower the percentage to attract helping hands.

Hmm, we could stop counting the translations that are tagged as "fuzzy", or count them separately ("xx% complete, yy% awaiting review").

Yes, leave out fuzzy as it will be 0% fuzzy once we are done.
