Collision avoidance for Lithuanian texts #61

Describe the bug

In some Lithuanian words certain letters may overlap with each other. For example, in the word Sąjūdis, a-ogonek can overlap j a bit.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to LibreOffice Writer
  2. Type Sąjūdis
  3. See error

Expected behavior

For some Lithuanian letters the fonts should having kerning or contextual feature to make them separated on screen.

@KrasnayaPloshchad Do you know of any fonts which actually do this? I would like to see how they handled it.
