input file extension, .fa vs .fasta #5

Hi Julian, It seems the file extension ".fa" is not supported as an input file. Since ".fa" and ".fna" are becoming more popular file extensions for fasts-formatted files, is it possible to add support for all three versions of the fasta file extension? I just made a copy of my fasta file and changed the extension from fa to fasta, which is easy enough to do. If you don't have time to add support for the other versions of the extension, would it be possible to update the details of manual to specify the requirements of the input command?

Hi Kristi, I updated the scripts to accomodate the additional extensions for FASTA files in v2.0.17, which should now be available from bioconda.
