I don't think a simple majority of the public should be able to remove a Justice. The Justices need to be protected a bit from the passions of public opinion.
I suggest making it a 2/3rds or 3/4s majority. That way a Justice can still be removed, but his rulings will not be unduly swayed.
You are right, let's make it 2/3 then. Same for the Chief Public Prosecutor?
