Eradicate is also a weak word.
Tamper, destroy, etc. are more legally orthodox in this case.
Yeah, that's good
This law conflicts with §III.4 of the constitution: -* §III.4. No person shall be detained without trial for more than twenty-four hours otherwise than in pursuit of a Warrant issued by a judge of the Criminal Court; no Warrants shall be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by appropriate request and unless it is absolutely necessary for the protection of others or where the accused is likely to escape justice or interfere with the investigation; and no detention in pursuit of such a Warrant shall be longer than it is absolutely necessary to bring an accused to trial.
Looking at it again, it isn't in conflict. The constitution says a maximum of 24 hours while the law stipulates 12 hours.
These laws are only for the time being, anyway. They are in place to solve any issues that arise between citizens and/or the provisional government while we write the constitution and first actual constitutional laws.
Erase is a narrow word. If I throw away evidence, would it be considered erasing? I guess a better word would be
taint
. How can I update my pull request?
