We are drafting our Referendum Law in this document.

Requirements:

inherit Polkadot
have politpooling
set up differing referendum period
Polkadot Council -> Congress

Inspirations:

Polkadot Wiki (because we do this on our blockchain)

referendum is done by means of blockchain;
limits of Referendum laid out towards Executive, Judicial and the Guardians;
public veto introduced;
making proposals
Citizen vs Congress proposals
unanimous vs simple Congress proposals
endorsement
algoritmic selection of the most endorsed proposal
voting
Tallies
deciding referenda
Public Veto & Dismissal
