1) Creating new Part II with the basics of sentencing and criminal responsibility. We put there also some parts from Special offences (assistance, procuring, attempt and preparation) which are usually put in this part.
2) Moved False imprisonment to Felonies as this crime may be very harmful and as such it should be prosecuted everytime, not only when a victim consents (it is hard to consent when you are stuck in someone's cellar...)
3) Changed Sentencing to execution with only one paragraph.
4) Deleted all sentencing parts in felonies and misdemeanours as because it really didn't specify anything, so it might be better to let judge to choose appropriate punishment from part II.
