Is Markdown solution the right solution for static pages on Publisher and Reviewer?

Aspects to cover

• deploy time vs runtime configuration of Markdown content
• Markdown dialect to support
• feature set to support (don't want arbitrary HTML probably)
• possible editors, if needed
• rendering that integrates with the UI patterns system
