[Feature Request] Please build odrive 0.3.0 for fedora #136

ODrive 0.2.2 was also built as RPM package. THis package format ismissing in the 0.3.0 release downloads.

I want to be able to install odrive on Fedora 29.

is not recomended is not a stabel version for now need more test new version is coming please wait and dont worry rpm is coming with new version ^^
