Rebranding suggestion #65

There is already a cloud client with the same name (https://www.odrive.com) and it also does the same thing as our client (syncing with Google Drive). Google search for "odrive" will possibly always return that app as first result for a foreseeable future.

If our client gets more popular, it is highly possible that there might be a claim/lawsuit from them to force us to rename, just like Pug -> Jade case.

With that said, I think we should start thinking about a new name from now.

My own suggestion: LinDrive (Linux Drive).

Rebranding would be a good idea, it does conflict with odrive.com.

yes need to see that. And LinDrive (Linux Drive) is not good is a cross-platform app. Not only a linux app. Idea is OSDrive = OpenSource Drive ?

OSDrive seems good. No collision on a google search.

I was thinking about FreeDrive or LibreDrive but those are already claimed, even though they are not doing the same thing like us like odrive.com.
