Changes for amazon.jp

Made some changes in order to get it working with Amazon prime in Japan too.

However Since the DRM decode and play is not working at the moment I have only been able to get it to the overview screen of my watchlist.

• Paths and urls updated Marketplace id and api-main
• hex numbers correctly converted to int Some unicode characters were encoded with hex 0x numbers. This now detects the correct base.
