Similar to the SRT0 Material entry replace issue, there's another issue when it comes to replacing CLR0 material entries.
The material entries themselves when replaced become all black (0,0,0,0), but when the Color node is replaced, it appears as it should, but there's one issue here: Attempting to save gives you an error.
Ignoring this error and trying to save again causes BrawlBox to crash.
