.rel corrupts (0.77 and 0.78) #167

Editing a .rel file corrupts it.

9979bd5 should fix this however, i'm not sure if relocations later in the file are updated by inserting new bytes earlier in the file. Updating relocations should be rather trivial, so i might attempt it in a later commit.
