SCLA Support #182

I messed up the commit name. Adds in SCLA improvements from StageBox.

SCLA is now displayed as Stage Collision Attributes
SCLA now has a new icon to match the other BrawlBox file icons
SCLA now exports as .scla
SCLA Entries are now named based on Collision Materials
SCLA SubEntries are now listed as "WalkRun", "JumpLand", and "TumbleLand"
"Unk1" is now parsed as "CreatesDust" (Creates a landing dust cloud)
"Unk4" is now parsed as "GFXFlag"
"Index1" through "Index4" are parsed as single variable "SFXFlag"
