Add export all / replace all for RSAR archives #228

Would be very handy. I have a rough implementation here, which is sufficient for my needs but probably too awfully done to be of use: https://github.com/suludas/brawltools/commit/5ae6ec17f36a2833fb2a977999d15ce69edcc03b

Let me know if you have code you think is ready, and send me a pull request :) I'm not really working on brawltools anymore, so I probably won't ever get around to doing it myself.
